How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Buyer places Order with option for deliver or collection and required delivery date (24 -36 hours lead time)

How do I pay for the order?

On the platform using your preferred method of payment. Credit Card, Instant EFT, secure payment gateway We use one of the most trusted payment system service providers in South Africa.

How will I know my order has been confirmed?

As soon as you have placed the order, you will receive a notification confirmation message with your order details and order number. Our teams will then get in touch with you if needed for your order to be delivered on time and in full.

Can I place an order at any time?

Yes, you may place an order anytime every day of the week. If an order was placed during a public holiday, your order may not be as swiftly delivered as it would have been had it been placed on a business day.

Is it possible to track my order?

Yes, you may track it through our helpline, WhatsApp available at (to be provided), asking our representatives about the details against the Order ID provided to yourself.
